Sisig is no doubt not for the calorie-conscious, don’t eat cholesterol people. But, it’s undeniably my favorite “pulutan” and the soulmate of my beer (hehe. chuckle). Said to have originated in Angeles City, Pampanga, this crunchy mixture of pig’s ears, snout, brain etc. Sisig is served in sizzling plate and topped with raw egg. (more…)

August 11, 2009, Dipolog City, Zanorte — There is no better way for me to enjoy my pizza at Sights and Sounds Resto Bar than watching the sunset. Good thing I took my camera with me ,and ask the manager if they can give me access at the 3rd floor to get photos of the sunset and the boulevard. But, setting and the 2nd floor’s terrace is good enough to see the sun touch the sea.

DDCC guys decided to try out the food and hang-out at a new place in town, it’s Tammy’s Place! The place offers Spicy and Malay Foods (and yes,It’s Hot! Love it!).
Also as part of our meeting the club decided to post club photos at Tammy’s Place. Soon! Special mention to Board Bong Eding, this guy owns the place and a photograhy geek (also a DDCC member).
